Based on nutritional science, Nutritional Therapy focuses on the therapeutic aspects of certain foods to achieve optimal health and peak performance. It takes into consideration that every client is unique and that there is no one ‘perfect eating plan’ that will work for everybody, that is why all our weight loss plans are individually designed for each client.
