Terms of UseBooking a SessionWhile Core Spirit as a service provider helps facilitate transactions that are carried out on the Core Spirit website, Core Spirit is neither the buyer nor the seller of the Practitioner’s services. Core Spirit provides a platform for Practitioners and users to complete transactions. The contract formed at the completion of a service sale for these third-party services is solely between user and Practitioner. Core Spirit is not a party to this contract nor assumes any responsibility arising out of or in connection with it nor is it the Practitioner’s agent. Core Spirit takes no responsibility for the quality of Practitioners’ Services or their effect to your mental, emotional or physical health. When a client books a service, both practitioner and the client receive an email with the date and time of their session as well as the link to the online meeting. It’s their responsibility to enter the meeting with their link on time or reschedule or cancel the session before it starts. Attending the SessionWhen booking a session, you agree to show up on time using the meeting link that you receive via email. In the event of missing the session, no refund will be made, and additional sanctions might apply. If necessary, you can reschedule or cancel the session before it starts. If cancelled before, you will receive the full refund on your internal account balance. RefundIn the event that session did not take place because of the provider or platform failure, the client is refunded the full amount on their internal account balance which can be spent on this or any other service on the platform. |
