Core Spirit’s Mission is to help others to find their path to personal freedom.

Q2. How to Use Core Spirit?

By creating your free account on Core Spirit, you become either a User, or a Practitioner, or an Organization.

As a User, you will be able to read personalized selections of articles on your favorite topics, book services and visit events of your chosen practitioners.

As a Practitioner, you can share your knowledge and expand your practice. With Core Spirit, you will be able to write articles, create services, events and sell goods.

By registering your Organization, you will be able to invite our practitioners to join you, post your members’ articles and get new clients.

Q3. What is the Difference Between Registered and Unregistered User?

The options of reading the articles and site navigation only are available for unregistered users.

The extended options, like reading personalized selections of articles on your favorite topics, booking services and visiting events, are available for registered Users only.

Q4. Is Registration Free?

The registration is absolutely free for all — users, practitioners and organizations. There are no hidden costs involved.

Q5. What Categories are there on Core Spirit?

Core Spirit is a comprehensive compilation of alternative, conventional and latest technology knowledge that is structured into over 800 categories. You can check them out and find the category you are interested in on the top menu bar.

Q6. What platforms does Core Spirit Support?

Q8. What Are System Requirements to Use Core Spirit and Its Services?

You can access Core Spirit and its services from various devices and platforms, on both PC and Mac desktops / laptops, as well as Android and iOS mobile devices. Our system requirements for these follow below.

Minimum System Requirements:

  • The latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Opera for desktop/laptop;
  • A broadband connection with a minimum speed of 5Mb or 800kbps;
  • Please note that Flash Player is not required. If you have Adobe Flash Player, we recommend you have the Adobe Flash Player 10.0.22+ plug-in or higher installed.

PC Specific Requirements:

  • Platform: Windows 8 or higher with the latest updates installed;
  • RAM: 4GB or more;
  • Video: Graphics output capability;
  • Sound: Sound output capability.

Mac Specific Requirements:

  • Platform: Mac OS X 10.12 or higher with the latest updates installed;

Q9. What Are The Payment Methods On Core Spirit?

Depending on your location and what country your Core Spirit account is registered in, your payment methods may include the following:

Q10. How To Solve Payment Issues?

If you`ve incurred an error while attempting to make a payment, please email us at customerservice@corespirit.com.

Please, check below the common reasons for failed card payments.

Incorrectly entered information: please ensure you enter the first and last name of the card account holder, exactly as it appears on the card, and that you enter it in the Name on Card field.

Incorrect CVC code: please ensure you’re only entering numbers and that the code is correct, as listed on the back of the card.

Using a debit card not authorized for international purchases: Core Spirit is based in the United Kingdom, and debit cards in many countries do not allow foreign transactions. If you do not see a local payment option when checking out on Core Spirit, call your bank to ensure your card is authorized for international purchases. Please note that Core Spirit is not able to remove these restrictions.

Attempting payments while using a VPN : multiple IP addresses can result in authorization problems and failed transactions. We advise that you refrain from using a virtual private network (VPN) while making a purchase on Core Spirit.

Too many payment attempts have been made in the last 24 hours: some cards have usage limitations, and will automatically block payment attempts after a certain threshold has been reached. Try contacting your bank or using a different payment method.

Browser isn’t working correctly due to caching issues: if you’re seeing a notification your card number looks invalid or icons aren’t showing up, there may be a caching issue. Please clear your browser’s cache and try again.

Some of the most common reasons banks decline payments include insufficient funds, card purchase limitations, and card security policies, among other issues. Since Core Spirit does not have detailed insights into why a payment is declined, we recommend contacting your financial institution directly to help solve the payment issue.

ACCOUNT & PREFERENCES
Signing In and Signing Up
Q1. How do I sign in or sign up on Core Spirit?

You can sign in or sign up to Core Spirit using a Facebook or Google account or your email address.

Sign in or sign up with a social media account:

  1. Click Sign In in the top right-hand corner of corespirit.com main page or Join to get started.
  2. Clicking Join, please select the preferred role: User, Practitioner, or Organization.
  3. Choose the third-party service you want to use (Facebook or Google Account).
  4. Authorize Core Spirit to access your social media account.
  5. Click OK to be redirected to Core Spirit and signed in to your account.

Sign in or sign up with email:

  1. Click Register in the top right-hand corner of corespirit.com main page.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Go to your inbox and open the email and either follow the link or copy and paste your code to be redirected to your account.

The email verification link expires after three days and can only be used once. If you run out of time or need a new email login later on, you can simply follow the same process again to get a fresh email login link.

Q2. I’m not receiving verification emails from Core Spirit. What should I do?

Below we`ve gathered some helpful tips that should help you troubleshoot email problems on your side.

Make sure your email address is correct:

  1. Click on your avatar in the top-right corner of the main page and go to your profile.
  2. Please, check if your email address is correct. If you need to update it, please, do so and confirm the change by clicking Save.

Check your spam, trash folders, and other email filters:

Search your "All Mail" and "Spam" inbox for emails from Core Spirit. If you set up any custom email filters, double check them to see if they send Core Spirit emails into some other folder.

Allow receiving emails from Core Spirit:

Ask your IT team, email administrator, or ISP if your email server is blocking emails from Core Spirit. Emails from Core Spirit come from info@corespirit.com, so that email address might need to be whitelisted.

Q1. How To Unsubscribe From Core Spirit Notifications?

You may receive the following types of email notifications from Core Spirit: daily or weekly digest, newsletters, recommended articles, new features on Core Spirit and etc. If you want to no longer receive such emails, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open up an email from Core Spirit (info@corespirit.com).
  2. Scroll down to the bottom and click Unsubscribe.
Q2. How To Subscribe to Core Spirit Newsletter?

To subscribe to Core Spirit newsletter simply scroll down the main page to the bottom and enter your email address in Subscribe to Our Newsletter box. Before clicking on Submit, please, make sure that your email address is correct.

Your Profile
Q1. How To Edit My Profile?

To edit your profile, including your profile`s image, move your cursor to your profile image at the top right corner of the main page and click on your name or avatar picture.

To edit your profile bio, simply enter your first and last name, your headline, and what you want your biography to say, add or delete categories of your interest or expertise. Next, click Save at the bottom of the page.

Q2. How to Upload Your Profile Picture?

To upload (or edit) your profile picture, click Photo on your Profile page. Then choose an image from your computer to upload. Once it’s uploaded, you can crop it, if necessary, and then click Save.

Q3. How to Add External Links to Your Profile?

In your profile you can add link to your personal website. This link can provide more information about your experience and credentials.

To add external link to your profile, go to your Profile page and enter your information in a Personal Information box. After you’ve entered the external link, click Save.

Managing Your Account
Q1. How To Change Your Account’s Email Address or Close Your Account?

Please, email us at customerservice@corespirit.com to change your account’s email address or close your account. We will assist you within 3 business days.

Q1. What are my profile page sections?

To discover all the opportunities we offer you as a User, please, click Sign In in the top right-hand corner of corespirit.com main page or Join to get started. Then click on your Name or on an avatar picture and go to your profile page. There you can find the following sections:

1. PROFILE. Please, feel free to fill in the information required by clicking on Edit and Save buttons. Providing your personal information, you accept our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

We recommend you fill all the boxes to enjoy your experience with Core Spirit, namely:

  • Personal Info. Here you can add your photo, Name, Email and Phone.
  • Address.
  • Security. Here you can change your password anytime.
  • Regional Settings. Please, select you Language and Currency.
  • Payment. Please, add your payment information to easily purchase services and products listed on Core Spirit.

2. MESSAGES. Here you can find your messaging history with other Users, Practitioners and Organizations of Core Spirit along with other Core Spirit notifications relating to your orders, purchases, session or event reminders and website updates. You can easily find the required messages through a direct search by entering the key words into the Search box.

3. PURCHASES. Here you can find your purchase history of:

  1. Videos.
  2. Services.
  3. Products.

Purchases are listed in a chronological order from the newest ones to the latest.

4. FAVORITE. This section contains all the add to favorite content:

  1. Practitioners you are interested in.
  2. Articles you like or want to read later.
  3. Videos you like or want to read later.
  4. Services you want to try or recommend to others.
  5. Products you want to buy or recommend to others. This option will be available soon. We will let you know about Core Spirit marketplace launch as soon as possible.
Q2. How to follow and unfollow specific categories on Core Spirit?

This option is not available at the moment. We do our best to present it to you as soon as possible. Now, you can add Practitioners you are interested in or Articles, Videos, Services and Products to Favorite for further learning and enjoying.

Q3. How to follow and unfollow specific practitioners on Core Spirit?

Currently, following and unfollowing Practitioners on Core Spirit is not available. We shall announce you first thing we provide this feature on Core Spirit. We recommend you add Practitioners to Favorite to be updated on their activities.

To unfollow a Practitioner you should remove him or her from your Favorite.

Q4. How to add Practitioner to Favorite?

To add a Practitioner to Favorite, please take the following steps:

  1. Click on a practitioner name or avatar picture anywhere you find it. This can be an article or video, or event, or Recommended Practitioners Section on a main page.
  2. Go to Practitioner’s profile page.
  3. Right after the Name of Practitioner, please click on Add to Favorite.
Q5. How to add articles to Favorite?

You can look for a particular article using Search or Main Menu — ARTICLES, or find it in your news feed, or Recommended Articles box, or find it on a Practitioner’s profile page.

Please, click on an Article title or picture you want to add to Favorite. Right after the title, please click on a heart-symbol or Add to Favorite.

Q6. How to add videos to Favorite?

You can look for a particular video using Search or Main Menu — VIDEOS, or find it in your news feed, or Recommended Videos box, or find it on a Practitioner’s profile page.

Please, click on a Video title you want to add to Favorite. Right after the title, please click on a heart-symbol or Add to Favorite.

Q7. How to add Services to Favorite?

You can look for a particular Service using Search or Main Menu — SERVICES, or find it in your news feed, or Recommended Services box, or find it on a Practitioner’s profile page.

Please, click on a Service title you want to add to Favorite. Right after the title, please click on a heart-symbol or Add to Favorite.

Q8. How to remove pieces of content from Favorite?

You can easily remove Practitioners, Articles, Videos, Services and Products from Favorite by simply clicking on a heart-symbol displayed of such a Practitioner, Article, Video, Service or Product avatar picture.

Q1. How to like or dislike articles or videos?

Registered Users only have the option to like or dislike Articles/Videos.

You can look for a particular article/video using Search or Main Menu — ARTICLES /VIDEOS, or find it in your news feed, or Recommended Articles/Videos box, or find it on a Practitioner’s profile page.

After reading or watching you are welcome to encourage the author by clicking Like right after the title of article/video. In case you are disappointed with authors point of view you are welcome to click on Dislike.

You can report the article or video should you consider the content is inappropriate and may offend your feelings or other people feelings. In this case, please, drop us an email at customerservice@corespirit.com.

Q2. How many times can I click on Like or Dislike?

Option to like or dislike is available for registered Users only. You can click on Like or Dislike just once. Double clicking removes your like or dislike reaction.

Q3. How to like or dislike a Practitioner?

Now, there is no option to like or dislike a Practitioner on Core Spirit. Instead, you are welcome to leave your review about Practitioner and rate his or her job.

Q4. How can I see who liked or disliked an Article or Video?

All likes and dislikes on Core Spirit are anonymous.

Q5. How to leave a comment to an Article or Video?

This option is coming soon.

Q6. How do I find articles I am interested in?

If you are looking for something in particular, here is how to find it on Core Spirit. Click Articles in the top menu bar on the main page.

Use our filters to see only those articles that you are interested in. You can filter by category and sort by date.

Book a Service or Event
Q1. How to buy a Service?

To buy a Service, please take the following steps:

  1. Click Book Service on the top menu bar.
  2. Find a Service you’d like to try.
  3. Click on a Service title to open the full description.
  4. Add your preferences on date and time in the availability calendar.
  5. Click Book & Pay. Enter your credit or debit card information.
Q2. How to buy a buy a ticket to an Event?

To buy a ticket to an Event, please take the following steps:

  1. Click Participate in Event on the top menu bar.
  2. Find an Event you’d like to attend.

Q1. How to leave a review about a Service?

Detailed, constructive and polite feedback in reviews is valuable input for developing professionalism of Core Spirit practitioners.

Share your thoughts with Core Spirit community by submitting a review about a Service. You can submit Service feedback by selecting a star rating. You can always add text to your review at any time.

To leave a review about a Service, please take the following steps:

  1. Go to Practitioner’s profile page by clicking on his or her name or avatar picture.
  2. Select a service and scroll down to a reviews box.
  3. Click on Leave Review.
  4. Select a Star Rating for Practitioner’s Expertise, Social Skills, Service Price, Accuracy, Effectiveness.
  5. (Optional) Add text and click Leave Review.
Q2. How to write a great review?

We do have rules about what should and shouldn`t be included when you write a review on Core Spirit. You can find them below:

1. Provide useful, constructive feedback

A good review includes enough detail to give others a feel for what happened. Explain which factors contributed to your positive, negative or just so-so experience. You might also offer your view on what the Practitioner / Organization is doing well, and how they can improve. But keep things friendly and courteous!

2. Talk about a range of elements

Increase the relevance of your review by addressing your overall experience, including Expertise, Social Skills, Service Price, Accuracy, Effectiveness. Tell people how helpful the Practitioner / Organization was! Focusing on only one element, such as accuracy or expertise, provides limited insight to others.

3. Be detailed, specific, and honest

There’s no rule against only writing a handful of words in a review, but the more specific you can be, the more likely the review is to be useful. We suggest writing from your own individual perspective, keeping it honest and sticking to the facts. Help readers stand in your shoes.

4. Keep it civil and friendly

We don’t moderate or censor reviews before they’re posted because we trust that the majority of our Users have good intentions. But publishing a review online means it’s public.

Freedom of speech gives you the right to express yourself, but there’s a line between appropriate and inappropriate. At the extreme end, the law prohibits defamatory statements. This includes accusatory statements that are untrue or not yet proven to be true.

If you’ve had a negative experience, instead of pointing an angry finger, a more credible approach is to adopt a calm, sober tone. Simply explain what took place and leave it to readers of your review to draw their own conclusions. This might also mean that the Practitioner/ Organization in question will be more willing to engage with you to address the problem.

5. Proofread your review

It`s a good idea to check that your review is readable, makes sense and has no typos before posting, but a surprising number of reviews contain errors. So, remember to quickly run your eye over your text before hitting Submit.

Q3. Who can write a review on Core Spirit and when?

Useful reviews reflect genuine experiences had by real people. That`s why we have rules about who`s eligible to leave a review on Core Spirit.

You are welcome to write a review being a registered User and if you`ve had a recent, genuine experience with Practitioners and Organizations. It could be:

  • You bought something;
  • You ordered something;
  • You had an online or offline session;
  • You visited an event;
  • You visited a store;
  • You otherwise used the products or services provided by Practitioner or Organization.

Top tip: Save some documentation that shows you`ve had an experience (like a receipt or a screenshot of your online service), just in case there`s a question about your review after you`ve posted it.

Other requirements

As well as making sure you fit one of the above situations, make sure your review is:

  • Only about your own experience — not someone else`s, and
  • About an experience you’ve had within the past 6 months.

You can`t write a review if you have a special relationship to the Practitioner / Organization you`re reviewing.

Find a Practitioner
Q1. How do I find a practitioner?

To find a specialist in a certain field, click Practitioners in the top menu bar on the main page. You will see a full directory of practitioners registered with Core Spirit.

You can use our filters to select practitioners working in specific categories or sort them by date.

You can also find practitioners based on the articles that you like — on top of each article there is an author’s name. Click on it to find out more about this particular practitioner and their services.

Services list on Core Spirit is another way to find an appropriate expert for your needs. There, you can use filters to select a professional according to your unique parameters.

Attending a Session
Q1. What should I know when booking a session?

When booking a session, you agree to show up on time using the meeting link that you receive via email. In the event of missing the session, no refund will be made, and additional sanctions might apply.

If necessary, you can reschedule or cancel the session before it starts. If cancelled before, you will receive the full refund on your internal account balance.

Q2. Do you have refunds?

In the event that session did not take place because of the provider or platform failure, the client is refunded the full amount on their internal account balance which can be spent on this or any other service on the platform.

PRACTITIONER EXPERIENCE
Being a Practitioner
Q1. Who can be a practitioner?

You can become a Core Spirit practitioner if you already work in any of our 900 categories, from Ayurveda to Coaching, or if you are just starting and feel the potential and willing to grow in the chosen practice.

Q2. When will I get paid?

If your balance is less than 100 USD, the Core Spirit payment cycle is monthly for you. You’ll be issued a payment once a month upon request. Note that the exact time you receive your payment will depend on your timezone and your chosen form of payment.

You will receive your payment within 15 business days after requesting the payout.

If your balance is equal to or exceeds 100 USD, you can claim your payment disregarding the monthly cycle.

For example, if you have earned 80 USD during 1 month, you can get a payout once a month only. If you have earned 220 USD, you can get a payout twice a month.

Core Spirit may offer you a different Payout time or trigger for payment, which may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

Q3. Does it cost anything to get listed as a practitioner?

No! It’s absolutely free! As soon as you register as a practitioner, you get listed on our platform and are visible to the audience.

Q4. How long will my account stay on moderation?

Every account is reviewed by Core Spirit moderators. If everything is alright, your account will be approved within 2 business days since registration. From the moment of approval, your profile will be visible in practitioners directory. Your articles and services will also be visible on the platform.

If your account doesn’t pass moderation, you will be contacted by one of the moderators with further recommendations.

If your account hasn’t been reviewed for over 2 business days, please contact us at customerservice@corespirit.com.

Q5. How can I earn through Core Spirit

Practitioners and organizations earn through Core Spirit by listing and providing their services (consultations, healing sessions, private appointments, etc.), by organizing events and selling tickets to them and by selling their goods on the marketplace.

Filling in Your Profile
Q1. How to fill in my bio?

Your Core Spirit bio is the first thing a potential client will learn about you. First impression is vital, so you need to make sure to paint a clear picture of yourself.

Please follow these guidelines to create the most powerful bio.

  1. Your profile must contain your real first and last name. This will make you look credible and professional.
  2. State clearly what you do and detail your field of practice and experience.
  3. Include a brief description of your values, beliefs and aspirations.
  4. Tell our audience how you see your role at Core Spirit and what you would like to bring to the community. Tell your potential clientele all about your approach and why they should identify you over others.
  5. Please remember that your account will not pass moderation if you include links or contact details in your bio. This is forbidden as stated in our Privacy Policy as CS does not disclose our practitioners’ personal details for security reasons.
Writing an Article
Q1. I am not very good at writing. Can I still try and submit an article?

Absolutely! First, check out our guidelines to get a sense of what kind of content we hope to share. We try to keep our community professional, so each article goes through a process of moderation. Every article can be improved and resubmitted. With time, you will improve even in your writing and that is the core value with CS, getting better and better with everything that drives your success.

Q2. What are the guidelines to write a good article?

Please note that before being published, every article must pass moderation so content requirements must be met.

  1. Write a clear headline. Readers spend a split of a second deciding whether to pause and read a post or not. The headline must give them an idea of what the article is about while at the same time capture their curiosity.
  2. Your ideas and point of view are the most valuable. Use your own personal angles, experience and insights from your own life to make your content unique.
  3. Please make sure that the articles are to the highest of grammar and spelling levels. High level of care always commands great attention from readers.
  4. Do not include links, contact details, your bio or any sort of advertising in the article, it is not the place for them. The platform structure will create all the necessary links to your name and profile seamlessly.
  5. Choose a high-quality image that fits the topic of your article and make sure you are not violating someone else’s copyright.
  6. Don’t make the article too short or too long. Length is not the critical factor, but 1 paragraph is probably not enough to cover a topic while an article that will take an hour to read will also be not the most popular. Typical article reading length should not exceed 15 minutes.
  7. Don’t make it only about yourself. While it’s great to include your personal experience and perspective, the article must bring value and tangible knowledge to the reader. We want to learn from you so please make sure you provide the applicable substance.
Q3. What if my article doesn’t pass moderation?

Nothing to worry about! Our moderators explain the reasons for denial and provide guidelines on how to improve the article so that it is ultimately published. Usually, there are minor comments and most declined articles get published after the second attempt.

Listing Services & Events
Q1. How will people find me and book an appointment with me?

First of all, your presence on the platform is through a personal profile page with a full description of who you are and your services.

In parallel, any published article of yours will be linked with your profile and your practice or focus. Through this link and having read your piece, our users will be able to engage with you and book an appointment.

Your name will be listed among all practitioners in your category, shown on a map and can be positioned on various other pages depending on what promos you subscribe to.

People will be able to use filters and select you from many other practitioners (they can filter practitioners by location, category, experience and other parameters from profiles).

There is a united list of services from all the practitioners on Core Spirit that can be filtered depending on the user’s desires. You will be included in this list as soon as you add your services to the platform and join Membership.

Upon registration, you will fill in your profile and add your services. This information will allow users to book appointments and contact you.

Q2. How can I list my service?

Most of Core Spirit practitioners provide their services — some hold consultations, others do healing sessions, online and offline courses, lectures, webinars. Adding a service to the platform is very easy.

Log into your personal account and choose Services tab. Create a Service by entering its name, description, categories, location, duration and price. Add an image and indicate your availability in the calendar. Our user-friendly form allows you to enter all your services in just a couple of clicks and people will be able to book them right away.

By listing a service, you agree with our Terms of Service and confirm accepting the following requirements:

  1. It is your responsibility to show up for the session using your link on time. In case of missing your appointment, you will be deactivated from the platform for a period of one month.
  2. You will be notified of your booking at least 3 days prior to the session. In case you cannot provide the service on time, you can cancel or reschedule the session. If not confirmed or rescheduled within 3 days, your session will be automatically cancelled.
  3. In case you fail to provide your services without rescheduling and/or cancelling in advance, your account will be permanently deleted.
Q3. What are the requirements for listing a service?

Every service goes through moderation. To pass moderation:

  • The image must reflect your service and the description must be well written. Your client must understand the procedure of your service, its benefits and all the other important information.
  • Make sure not to use phrases like “Call me!”, “Contact me!”, “Email me!”, “Contact via Zoom” as they will confuse the clients.

As soon as your service passes moderation and you join Membership, your service will be visible on the platform.

Q4. How can I list my event?

Log into your personal account and choose Services tab. Create an Event by entering its name, description, categories, location, duration and price. Add an image and indicate the date in the calendar. Our user-friendly form allows you to enter all your events in just a couple of clicks and people will be able to book them right away.

As soon as your event passes moderation and you join Membership, your event will be shown in the Core Spirit events list.

Q5. What is the commission I have to pay when someone books my service, buys a ticket to my event or buys from me on the marketplace?

Core Spirit does not take any commission fees. You receive the total amount.

Q1. What is Core Spirit Membership?

Every Practitioner can become a Core Spirit Member.

Core SpiritMembership entails a variety of benefits to help you build a successful business. As a Member, you can create your personalised landing page showcasing your bio, certificates, reviews, articles and sell your services, courses, books, videos, events.

You can visit Membership page in your profile to learn more about the benefits.

Q2. What are the options of becoming a Member?

Core Spirit Membership is offered in four different packages (Free, Standard, Advanced, and Professional) and two billing options — monthly or yearly. Please note that Core Spirit Membership is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your Membership, please contact us immediately. If contacted at least two (2) business days before the renewal of the Membership, you will not be charged for the upcoming period. Your Membership will still be active until it expires.

Managing your Bookings
Q1. What happens when my service gets booked?

When someone books your service, you will get an email notification with the client’s name and their chosen date and time as well as the link to the online meeting. From that moment, you have three days to confirm or reschedule the session. If not done within 3 days, your session will be automatically cancelled. You can also cancel the appointment.

It is your responsibility to provide the service according to its description and on time. Please remember that the client will be asked to leave a review on your page after the session.

Enter the meeting with the link that you receive by email. Please note that this is the only way for you to contact your client and no other means are possible.

Payments
Q1. How will I receive payments?

In your profile, there is a section Wallet. Please go there to connect to Stripe.

Core Spiritpartners with Stripe to transfer your earnings to you. Add your bank account to Stripe to be able to receive payments for your sessions. It’s fast, secure and easy.

Other payment options like PayPal are also available.

Q2. When will I get paid?

If your balance is less than 100 USD, the Core Spirit payment cycle is monthly for you. You’ll be issued a payment once a month upon request. Note that the exact time you receive your payment will depend on your timezone and your chosen form of payment.

You will receive your payment within 15 business days after requesting the payout.

If your balance is equal to or exceeds 100 USD, you can claim your payment disregarding the monthly cycle.

For example, if you have earned 80 USD during 1 month, you can get a payout once a month only. If you have earned 220 USD, you can get a payout twice a month.

Core Spirit may offer you a different Payout time or trigger for payment, which may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

ORGANIZATION EXPERIENCE
Being an Organization
Q1. Who can be an Organization?

You can become a Core Spirit organization if you represent a company in any of our 900 categories, from Ayurveda to Coaching. We welcome any type of organizations — Association, Foundation, Research Institute, University, Collective, Society, Academy, College, Board, Guild, Community and other.

Q2. Does it cost anything to get listed as an organization?

No! It’s absolutely free! As soon as you register as an organization, you get listed on our platform and are visible to the audience.

Q3. How long will my account stay on moderation?

Every account is reviewed by Core Spirit moderators. If everything is alright, your account will be approved within 2 business days since registration. From the moment of approval, your profile will be visible in organizations directory. Your articles and services will also be visible on the platform.

If your account doesn’t pass moderation, you will be contacted by one of the moderators with further recommendations.

If your account hasn’t been reviewed for over 2 business days, please contact us at customerservice@corespirit.com.

Q4. How can I earn through Core Spirit?

Practitioners and organizations earn through Core Spirit by listing and providing their services (consultations, healing sessions, private appointments, etc.), by organizing events and selling tickets to them and by selling their goods on the marketplace.

Filling in Your Profile
Q1. How to fill in my bio?

Your Core Spirit bio is the first thing a potential client will learn about your organization. First impression is vital, so you need to make sure to paint a clear picture of your company.

Please follow these guidelines to create the most powerful bio.

  1. Your profile must contain the official name of your organization. It is not allowed to use your own name for this type of account.
  2. State clearly what your organization does and detail your field of practice, vision and mission.
  3. Tell our audience how you see your organization’s role at Core Spirit and what you would like to bring to the community. Tell your potential clientele all about your approach and why they should identify you over others.
  4. Please remember that your account will not pass moderation if you include links or contact details in your bio. This is forbidden as stated in our Privacy Policy.
Writing an Article
Q1. What are the guidelines to write a good article?

Please note that before being published, every article must pass moderation so content requirements must be met.

  1. Write a clear headline. Readers spend a split of a second deciding whether to pause and read a post or not. The headline must give them an idea of what the article is about while at the same time capture their curiosity.
  2. Your organization’s ideas and point of view are the most valuable. Use your unique experience and insights from your practice.
  3. Please make sure that the articles are to the highest of grammar and spelling levels. High level of care always commands great attention from readers.
  4. Do not include links, contact details, your bio or any sort of advertising in the article, it is not the place for them. The platform structure will create all the necessary links to your name and profile seamlessly.
  5. Choose a high-quality image that fits the topic of your article and make sure you are not violating someone else’s copyright.
  6. Don’t make the article too short or too long. Length is not the critical factor, but 1 paragraph is probably not enough to cover a topic while an article that will take an hour to read will also be not the most popular. Typical article reading length should not exceed 15 minutes.
  7. Don’t make it only about your organization. While it’s great to include your experience and perspective, the article must bring value and tangible knowledge to the reader. We want o learn from you so please make sure you provide the applicable substance.
Q2. What if my article doesn’t pass moderation?

Nothing to worry about! Our moderators explain the reasons for denial and provide guidelines on how to improve the article so that it is ultimately published. Usually, there are minor comments and most declined articles get published after the second attempt.

Listing Services & Events
Q1. How will people find my organization and book an appointment with us?

First of all, your presence on the platform is through your organization’s profile page with a full description of who you are and your services.

In parallel, any published article of yours will be linked with your profile and your practice or focus. Through this link and having read your piece, our users will be able to engage with you and book an appointment.

Your organization’s name will be listed among all organizations in your category, shown on a map and can be positioned on various other pages depending on what promos you subscribe to.

People will be able to use filters and select you from many other organizations (they can filter organizations by location, category, experience and other parameters from profiles).

There is a united list of services from all the organizations onCore Spirit that can be filtered depending on the user’s desires. You will be included in this list as soon as you add your services to the platform and join Membership.

Upon registration, you will fill in your profile and add your services. This information will allow users to book appointments and contact you.

Q2. How can I list my service?

Most of Core Spirit organizations provide their services — some hold consultations, others do healing sessions, online and offline courses, lectures, webinars. Adding a service to the platform is very easy.

Log into your personal account and choose Services tab. Create a Service by entering its name, description, categories, location, duration and price. Add an image and indicate your availability in the calendar. Our user-friendly form allows you to enter all your services in just a couple of clicks and people will be able to book them right away.

As soon as your service passes moderation and you join Membership, your service will be visible on the platform.

Q3. How can I list my event?

Log into your personal account and choose Services tab. Create an Event by entering its name, description, categories, location, duration and price. Add an image and indicate the date in the calendar. Our user-friendly form allows you to enter all your events in just a couple of clicks and people will be able to book them right away.

As soon as your event passes moderation and you join Membership, your event will be shown in the Core Spirit events list.

Q4. What is the commission I have to pay when someone books our service, buys a ticket to our event or buys from me on the marketplace?

Core Spirit does not take any commission fees. You receive the total amount.
