Usui Reiki is a hands-on, energy healing art that originated in Japan during the early 20th century and was developed by Mikao Usui. Usui said that the purpose of the Reiki healing was to bring peace, happiness and health to oneself and then to others.

A Tibetan singing bowl is a type of bell that vibrates and produces a rich, deep tone when played. Also known as singing bowls or Himalayan bowls, Tibetan singing bowls are said to promote relaxation and offer powerful healing properties. Buddhist monks have long used Tibetan singing bowls in meditation practice.

My take on ‘being a healer’
I’m trusting the wisdom of your own body and whole system. Essentially I am not the doer or the fixer. I’m holding the space for you and yes I am the facilitator but always knowing that a greater mystery is holding both of us.
Your participation is important in our sessions, rather than the idea of you laying down and ‘having something done to you.’ It doesn’t mean that we are continually talking … we are often in a gentle dialogue or you may be asleep or out of body.. but it’s a required sense of engagement and the understanding that this is a collaboration. This healing does seem to work with the most potency in this way of participation.

Over time these blockages continue to accumulate, which leads to disease and problems in the physical body. What Is Pellowah?
Pellowah is an energy healing technique. The word Pellowah means “Radical Shift in Consciousness” – its primary reason for being channelled at this time is for awakening the consciousness of humanity. It is a direct transmission of pure source energy and it is intelligent. Unlike my own energy healing transmission, Pellowah does not work through me. Pellowah comes directly from source to the person receiving the healing. A practitioner receives the attunements that enables them to initiate the Pellowah energy and hold the healing space for the person receiving it. I do not give any diagnosis or interpretation.
Pellowah is a “hands off” healing technique and does not involve touch. If done in person, a client will lie down fully clothed in a position that is comfortable for them, close their eyes, relax and receive the energy somewhere quiet. An eye mask and ear plugs are advised to avoid distractions.
I am directed by the Pellowah energy to move in whatever manner is required. Often hand, arm and body movements are used during the session. As the person receiving, you may experience huge shifts immediately following a session, or the effects may be subtle, yet profound, unfolding over a period of time.
Pellowah unblocks and realigns all the meridians within the body, giving a feeling of well-being and connection, which allows for a Radical Shift in Consciousness. The energy that I work with is called Claros, this is an energy vortex situated in the south part of Turkey, near Izmir. What to expect: For your session, there will be a call where we will discuss your intentions, specific issues you want to address, what you would you like to release, and what you would like to bring in your life. Then the healing session will be a full 30 minutes. After the session I will tell you how it went and the recommendations I have to continue your healing work. Block out around 45 minutes for the session in completion.
This session will be a distance healing session. You will be in your own home, laying comfortably and I will be channeling your healing from my home. I will channel Reiki energy across time and space to naturally balance and heal your body and spirit. Healing like this is possible because Ki, universal source energy, is outside the realm of distance or time.
Because Reiki is a natural healing process, things will not completely change or disappear overnight. For best results, you should have Reiki healing sessions either once a week or once a month on a regular basis.
Everyone’s experience with Reiki is different. Some people feel the healing as it is happening, and some do not. Either way, you can rest assured that every session completed will be successful. :-)
Things to keep in mind:
During the session, you should sit and meditate or be in a still relaxed position. If you cannot do so, that is ok and the session will work just as well.

My eyes are closed during a session as I tune in to you energetically and place myself at your location. Reiki is not limited by time or space and so you do not have to be physically present to receive the healing, allowing sessions to be conducted from anywhere to anyone, event or situation.
