Please do not substitute healing for conventional medical treatment. Healing from trauma is not something that calls for a quick fix. Be kind and give yourself the time you need in order to come to terms with what has happened in your life. Intuitivey heaing is just one way that you can help yourself.
Life alignment is an energy healing technique. It helps bring your life, body and energy field into alignment and a state of harmony and upliftment. It is particularly good for getting you out of the normal hamster wheel of thought patterns that go round and round without bringing relief or change, and for helping you access your own inner and outer resources.
I am naturally intuitive and use a wide variety of energy healing tools and techniques to help you. I use Reiki, Life Alignment technique, crystals, flower essences, Angels, Animal guides, chakra balancing as well as many other techniques.
I wish to guide you on your own journey into your own life’s wonder, not simply report back to you you what I sense.
Please find a safe space for your appointment where you will be sure of privacy. Ensure your phone is off and you won’t be disturbed. Please also ensure that you have some time to yourself to recover immediately after the session. Deep work can leave you in an expanded and transformative space which is fantastic for healing and integration, but not at all suitable for operating heavy machinery or getting through rush hour traffic.
Please pour yourself a glass of water before the session begins. Also remove any constricting jewelry or stressors from your field.

Alex has been working in energy healing since 1998. Her practice draws on her training and experience in Reiki, Polarity Therapy, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Herbalism, Naturopathy, Therapeutic Massage, Crisis Counselling, Tui Na, Life Alignment, and Home Alignment. She has also completed a course in soul care for families and individuals who are moving through the end of life stage, and a course in African Shamanic healing (Zanemvula). However, the primary heart of her online practice is intuition and sensing. Over time, intuitive energy readings are also becoming part of her practice - the heart of these readings remains the theme of healing and personal growth. She offers courses in Reiki, Life Alignment and ongoing learning around the field of healing and has also studied in detail, the use of tissue salts. flower essences and working with animal guides. She continues to learn and is currently studying towards a second degree in psychology through the University of South Africa.
