In a time like this, being free from negative energy, overwhelming emotions, and destructive thought patterns is priceless. The first step to getting better is to receive energy healing so your body and soul can begin the process of healing permanently and naturally.
Reiki is an energy healing practice that uses universal source energy to inspire the natural healing of the body, mind, and soul. Reiki healing will balance your energies on a non-physical level and encourage natural holistic healing.
It can help harmful mental patterns, get you through a rough patch, let difficulties go, and strengthen your mind. Physically, Reiki can soothe aches and pains, help you feel lighter and centered, and help manage ongoing illnesses. On an emotional level, it will help you release emotions, remove harmful chords, reprogram the subconscious mind, reduce anxiety and depression, and balance your logic and emotions. On a spiritual level, it will help you meditate better, assist your chakra balancing, and help you experience more intention in your life.
What to expect: For your session, there will be a call where we will discuss your intentions, specific issues you want to address, what you would you like to release, and what you would like to bring in your life. Then the healing session will be a full 30 minutes. After the session I will tell you how it went and the recommendations I have to continue your healing work. Block out around 45 minutes for the session in completion.
This session will be a distance healing session. You will be in your own home, laying comfortably and I will be channeling your healing from my home. I will channel Reiki energy across time and space to naturally balance and heal your body and spirit. Healing like this is possible because Ki, universal source energy, is outside the realm of distance or time.
Because Reiki is a natural healing process, things will not completely change or disappear overnight. For best results, you should have Reiki healing sessions either once a week or once a month on a regular basis.
Everyone’s experience with Reiki is different. Some people feel the healing as it is happening, and some do not. Either way, you can rest assured that every session completed will be successful. :-)
Things to keep in mind:
During the session, you should sit and meditate or be in a still relaxed position. If you cannot do so, that is ok and the session will work just as well.
