Book your appointment. During the session, I will take notes of anything I encounter. These will be sent to you following your session.

I will ask for a photo of yourself to help me to better connect with you during the healing.
(How to prepare for your session)
Note time of session. Be in a quiet and peaceful environment. You may be seated or lying down, and be open to accept the energy healing. If you fall asleep this is perfectly fine.

Hello Amanda, and first of all, I am truly sorry at how late I am responding to you.
I hope that by now you have found the help you’ve been seeking and are doing well.
A Reiki session can help heal the symptoms of anxiety immediately or over a period of time as every one is different. What I can tell you from my experience with clients as well as my own personal experience, is that anxiety is not something that can be cured, but it is definitely manageable.
When you learn to live with it in harmony, you can truly find peace. I am back and available to do sessions so please feel free to reach out with any other questions or concerns you might have.
I have constant anxiety… I have already forgotten the feeling of relaxation, this tension very much affects me and does not let go….how many of your sessions do I need to get rid of this?thank you in advance for your answer!
