Meditation offers us a beautiful pathway to open the heart.
The divise times we live in can cause us to shut the heart down as a result of all the anxiety and fear we are surrounded by.
This live guided meditation will bring us back into the heart, dissolving enemy images and "othering," and bring us into a beautiful place of interconnectedness.
All are welcome to join, no prior meditation experience is needed!

He has been teaching professionally in studios, gyms, online, and working with private clients since 2015. Matthew's practice is rooted in Hatha yoga, specifically the Kripalu lineage, and cultivates a deep sense of calm and awareness.
