It is an honour to be a guide for the journey from pregnancy to postpartum. There are many moments of transition and transformation in that time. Being a Doula means supporting you in enjoying and embracing the changes you are going through.

Entering motherhood is a rebirthing for the woman and a birth of a new life into the world. I offer physical, emotional, and spiritual support for this time. Sharing the resources that you need, when you need them. Saving you precious time that may be lost in the waves of information available.

Learning how to deeply tune into your body supports you soaking in every moment of this transformational experience.

This is a consultation that will provide you will insightful information for your current needs and desires. If we feel there is alignment, then we can discuss more long-term packages.
