The goal of engaging in these coaching sessions is creating consistency between thought, emotion and behaviour.
Most of the times, when we are stressed, there is a lack of congruency between these 3 elements.
This means that we feel disconnected from those around us, we struggle to go for what we want at work, we feel like an impostor in our lives or we feel confused about our future.
In my coaching sessions, I help you engage in a deep process of self-discovery that will enable you to understand your personality type, your personal values and your unique, authentic vision for the future.
After this, we will work on consolidating your communication skills so that you feel equipped to deal with personal and professional relationships in a satisfying way.
In our first session, we will get to know each other and set goals for the coaching process. Here, you will be able to share with me how you feel about the process and what your needs are.
