Join me for a 30-minute guided meditation personalized to your needs and wants. In order to spend the entire 30 minutes meditating, you will need to answer a few questions before your session. After you book the service, you’ll be sent a link to a form with these questions. If you choose not to answer these questions before your session, please note that your session will still be only 30 minutes and your meditation will be shorter to allow me to find out what your needs are and tailor your meditation to those needs.
**Please book this session at least 24 hours in advance to allow enough time for me to send your form, receive your answers and create your guided meditation.**

Hi, Irina! I believe it’s absolutely possible to immerse yourself in a meditative atmosphere online. It’s effectiveness is up to the person doing it, of course. For example, if you silence your notifications and close all tabs/apps but the one in which you’re meditating, it will be much more effective than if you have multiple tabs/apps open and many notifications chiming at you. If you’re interested in giving it a try, I would love the opportunity to work with you and see how you enjoy it!
Hello! Is it possible to really immerse yourself in the atmosphere of meditation online? And is it so effective?
Hi, Marc! Meditation can be one of the tools you use to help with depression, yes. It’s not a replacement for medication or therapy, of course, but can definitely be used in conjunction with those. As far as how many sessions are needed, that depends on the individual. I would love to discuss this more thoroughly with you.
Hi, Alina! I’m not totally sure what your question is. Are you asking if the meditation can be focused on more than one intention? Please give me a little more detail about what you’re thinking so I can answer your question as completely as possible.
Hello. Could you please tell me if meditation helps with depression? If so, how many sessions are needed? Thanks.
Is it possible more than 1 desire? Or one meditation for one wish?
