Join me for a 30-minute guided meditation personalized to your needs and wants. In order to spend the entire 30 minutes meditating, you will need to answer a few questions before your session. After you book the service, you’ll be sent a link to a form with these questions. If you choose not to answer these questions before your session, please note that your session will still be only 30 minutes and your meditation will be shorter to allow me to find out what your needs are and tailor your meditation to those needs.

With this 2-card reading, we’ll take a look at what’s falling away and what’s rising up in your life right now.

You can choose a question about something specific or you can get a reading about what is going on in your life in general.

In this 15-minute reading, you’ll hold your question close to your heart as I pull one card. This card will help you find the clarity you’re seeking, offer guidance in a particular direction, or confirm what you’re already feeling.

Whether you’re a family who wants to meditate together, a bunch of co-workers who’d like to use meditation as a team-building exercise, or a group of friends who enjoy meditating together, this group guided meditation is for you.

Over 45 minutes, we’ll take the time to breathe deeply, scan our bodies for tension, and then go on a gently guided journey. After you’ve booked your session, I’ll contact you to discuss any particular themes or requests you have for the guided meditation.
