This is a 10 week course in Solution Focused Mindfulness.

Kelly creates personalized experiences for individuals who are new to mindfulness meditation or who want to deepen their meditation practice. In the one-on-one session, clients learn the art of meditation, how to keep a consistent practice, and how meditation can help them slow down, reduce stress, live more fully, consciously, and intentionally in today's busy world.
I guide individuals in finding clarity, by helping them connect with the purest version of themselves and feel free. This is essential to experience a fulfilling and happy life.
I believe that within each soul lies a limitless wellspring of Love, which can be drawn out when fully engaged in the present moment. To do so, movement is essential as it helps transcend and transform any pain or any situation that blocks one’s light and vibrancy, and unites the mind and the body in a beautiful and creative way.

Today's world of rush and hurry, of frenzied busyness and over-scheduling often leaves our minds spinning, our hearts hammering, our blood-pressure rising, and our spirits needing. Although it is difficult to avoid, this calamity of chaos can be balanced through the deliberate seeking of Quietness and Calmness, and one does not need a strict regimen of yoga or meditation in order to find it. What is required, however, is a decision.
Deciding to choose a few moments of Quietness in place of turning on a device or switching on your playlist can, at first, seem just as challenging as the aforementioned yoga. Electing to go outside to sit Quietly beneath the stars may sound monumentally boring, and choosing to stay home rather than running out early to grab that over-caffeinated, sugar-infused, powerhouse beverage might lead you to wonder if you’ll stay awake long enough to accomplish the 101 things on your to do list, BUT the benefits of Quietness and Calmness cannot be overstated.
The purpose of the Mindfulness consultation is to discuss how mindfulness will fit into your current lifestyle, to create a structured mindfulness plan, and provide you with resources to help facilitate your ongoing meditation practice. Detailed Description: Learning to be mindful/ to meditate is a journey of discovery that incorporates deliberate change in a gentle, safe environment. Mindfulness is not about blanking out or trying to get rid of all of our thoughts and it is not a cure-all answer. Mindfulness and meditation is about giving ourselves time to pause and learning what generates calmness within us and how to tap into that calmness during stressful situations. Mindful Meditation, like any other exercise, takes commitment and practice, but has been shown to generate a more healthful state of wellbeing through alleviating the symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, fear, and loss of direction (and many others!)

What to Expect: **This will be a conversational service with me where you can get advice, customized for your situation and unique circumstances. Together, we will learn what triggers serentiy in you and I will provide daily meditative guides/prompts to make the most of even a few moments.

In this one hour session we would take you through 20 minutes of formal Mindfulness meditation and then will discuss informal practice, as a take away to practice throughout your day whenever you feel weighed under the busyness of life.
This is your time and I would support you to be you, by listening to real you, just listening without any judgement. We will together go through the layers, recognise them and leave the unwanted behind. It’s all about providing you with tools to cope with your situations and grow out of them to better you, which had been your dream for a while.

So, you do not know where to start? How do these mind healing sessions work? What is it about? Well, this session is designed to give you exploration into your subconscious world through an exercise that was created by people who have worked with the Subconscious and found out that there are certain links to how we interpret the world of shapes.
For this session you will be emailed a one page document with instructions and then we will explore that document in a one to one session to give you a better understanding of how things work within this realm of imagination, emotions and creativity.

In this course, you will learn over the course of 8 weeks how our thoughts, bodily sensations and emotions influence our stress level, our happiness - our whole being.
By understanding the connections and with continuous mindfulness training, we can learn to take back control of our lives.
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an approach that incorporates mindfulness to assist people struggling with life’s difficulties, demands, stresses and physical or mental illnesses.
Great for beginner and advanced meditators alike, this course is designed to help you:
- Respond rather than react to stress
- Change habitual reactivity patterns
- Cultivate self-awareness
- Learn the most established secular mindfulness program
Developed by Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn in the late 1970s in the UMass medical school to help patients with chronic pain, with many elements of Buddhist traditions, the purely secular program and other mindfulness-based interventions like MBCT, have now been adopted into schools, prisons, hospitals, veterans’ centres, and other environments. These programs have been implemented in many other fields, such as; healthy ageing, pain management, depression relapse prevention, children with special needs, drug addiction and intervention during the perinatal period.
The MBSR course is an eight-week workshop taught by a certified trainer.
The first 1 hours session is for orientation and to get to know each other.
It is then followed by 8 sessions of one and a half hour.
You’ll also receive handouts your teacher is available via email throughout the course.

To develop a meditation and mindfulness plan customized to your situation. Emily will provide you with tailored resources that you can use on your own time to you maintain your mindfulness practice.
Does your mind seem to have a mind of its own? Me too! The good news is we all have the ca-pacity to train the mind to be a bit more present and to also be a little bit kinder!
Mindfulness is not:
• About clearing our minds or getting rid of all of our thoughts
• Necessarily a relaxation exercise
• A fix-all pill
• Taking a pause, slowing down, checking in with ourselves
• Kindly returning our focus of attention to an anchor in the present moment such as the breath or body whenever the mind wanders (which it will!)
• Noticing our whole experience just as it is in the present moment; practicing not grasping the pleasant and pushing away the unpleasant
• A practice, which means it does take some practice!
Mindfulness meditation has been shown to support wellbeing by alleviating symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, pain, and insomnia (just to name a few)!
By intentionally cultivating present-moment awareness we are able to change how we relate to our experiences, transform habits, and actually alter brain structures associated with stress!
