In the one-on-one session, clients learn the art of meditation, how to keep a consistent practice, and how meditation can help them slow down, reduce stress, live more fully, consciously, and intentionally in today's busy world.
Professional Counselor and Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Meditation Coach, Kelly Dennis, teaches stress reduction, mindfulness, healing, and meditation. She knows that an experience based in empathy and respect is the path to healing. Kelly has an MS in Clinical Psychology from Millersville University. She is a certified Cognitive Behavior Therapist and Mindfulness Meditation Coach.
