I am Hatha,yin yoga + meditation teacher and a healer. I am working for last 2.5 years and I love helping people to heal themselves. I have always wanted to connect to collective consciousness and work towards Peace and love as taught by my Sadguru Mata Amritanandamayi Devi.
I am a shamanic and womb medicine healer and practitioner. My purpose is to become a medium of healing energy to help those in need. My sessions are mostly 1 on 1 and small group.

Hello My dear , yes you can but have to be careful to do only supported practices and specifically the ones that doesn’t require too much bending and pranayama and shavasana of course can be done ,I hope this helps my dear

Hi Shalini! Would I still be able to do yoga if I have back problems? I think I have kyphosis and I’ve heard that many poses in yoga are not good for those with spine problems
