Hello My dear , yes you can but have to be careful to do only supported practices and specifically the ones that doesn’t require too much bending and pranayama and shavasana of course can be done ,I hope this helps my dear
Hi Shalini! Would I still be able to do yoga if I have back problems? I think I have kyphosis and I’ve heard that many poses in yoga are not good for those with spine problems
