Back pain is a common problem for a lot of people these days, whether you are an office worker,a student, into old age or with work on laptop. It can be either due to under lying causes,stress or something else.
But it’s very important to heal that.

good evening! I’m an office worker, and so back pain haunts me every day. I usually sit in front of computer for more than 8 hours, it is unbearable…Do you think yoga would help? If so, how many sessions are necessary to start noticing the results? Thanks in advance!
