Grief Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that aims to help people cope with the physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and cognitive responses to loss. These experiences are commonly thought to be brought on by a loved person’s death, but may more broadly be understood as shaped by any significant life-altering loss (e.g., divorce, home foreclosure, or job loss).

Thank you very much for your answer! Tell me, in the online session, will we just talk or will I need to perform some exercises to work out my emotional condition?
Hello Irina, Thank you for sharing your distress. 4 years is a long period and it makes us habitual to a person or a situation. We can work on the problem and your feelings of depression.
Hello April, please understand that this marriage will work only if you both are willing to make it work. You cant force him to attend as if he is not willing to work on it or open up about things then therapy will not work. Session will help you in looking at the situation from different perspective. It can help you with your stress as well.
Hello! I’ve been dating my boyfriend for 4 years and I feel like I made the wrong choice. There will be no prospect of him in the future. What should I do and will your course help me cope with these experiences? They make me depressed and apathetic.
Hello! I feel stress… My husband does not even attach any importance to this… our relationship has reached its peak, and it seems that we are on the verge of divorce… I want to preserve everything that we have created for so many years… how do I get him to come to your therapy session? Will it help me find a way out if I attend your session alone? I hope for your answer, thank you in advance.
