Hello Irina, Thank you for sharing your distress. 4 years is a long period and it makes us habitual to a person or a situation. We can work on the problem and your feelings of depression.
Hello April, please understand that this marriage will work only if you both are willing to make it work. You cant force him to attend as if he is not willing to work on it or open up about things then therapy will not work. Session will help you in looking at the situation from different perspective. It can help you with your stress as well.
