Reiki is a healing process that can benefit everyone including animals and even bacteria. As a natural form of healing Reiki has the ability to reverse stress-induced conditions and can support and enhance other forms of treatment.Reiki healing benefits physical, mental and emotional health. Healing is given in a non-intrusive hands-on treatment and the recipient remains fully clothed. Some people feel very relaxed and may even fall asleep, others talk about what they are feeling. The healing energy can feel hot or cold, and there may be tingling sensations.Seichem (pronounced say-keem) works in the same way as Reiki, with hands placed on the body, but in addition hands may be working in the aura which surrounds the body. It is reputedly one of the healing arts practised in ancient Egypt. Reiki is one of the four elemental rays which make up Seichem - earth (Reiki), water, air and fire.

Grief Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that aims to help people cope with the physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and cognitive responses to loss. These experiences are commonly thought to be brought on by a loved person’s death, but may more broadly be understood as shaped by any significant life-altering loss (e.g., divorce, home foreclosure, or job loss).

Frankl believed that humans are motivated by something called a “will to meaning,” which corresponds to a desire to seek and make meaning in life.

This one hour reading can be based around any questions, fears or hopes you may have concerning the year ahead. Each reading is utterly unique, and led by what our guides feel is best for you.

Initially, we will discuss what you want to get from your reading, and the potential areas of your life you would like to change. After choosing the cards, we will look at the year ahead together, to see what energies and spiritual lessons are being shown. Then, we will review how each card relates to your present circumstances.

Once I have an idea of what your cards are, I find any Karmic blocks which will be likely to hinder you in realising your true potential. Karmic blocks are the root cause of our negative behaviour patterns, and we find them hard to move. They can effect all manner of areas, including our relationships, finances and health.

When I am able to grasp your Karmic blocks, I clear them from your Akashic Record, and activate a new, positive energy to guide and enrich you throughout the coming year. Anyone who has ever been or still is overweight, knows that a skinny model trying to tell you how "easy" it is to lose weight, work out, stay motivated and not eat emotionally, is BS (insert eyeroll). They have no idea what we were or are going through on a daily basis. From cravings, to (self-)disappointment, guilt, shame, being called names and not feeling like people see us for who we truly are, but wanting that recognition so badly, wanting to exercise but fighting to find motivation, resisting food even though it's the only way we know how to cope, to the fears we carry inside us.. Let's be honest, nothing about losing weight is "easy".

However, not easy doesn't equal impossible. It just require a different approach.

Using the playful MentalEaty method, where we provide not only nutritional and physical techniques and challenges that are actually doable and will show you that transformation isn't just possible it's actually fully within your control, we also tackle the most important aspect, the psychology of transformation.

Over the course of 12 or 24 1.5h sessions (6 or 12 week program) we virtually connect twice a week, set our challenges, speak about struggles, measure our progress, workout, and support each other through it all.
