Grief Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that aims to help people cope with the physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and cognitive responses to loss. These experiences are commonly thought to be brought on by a loved person’s death, but may more broadly be understood as shaped by any significant life-altering loss (e.g., divorce, home foreclosure, or job loss).
Have you had a near-death experience or do you have questions about witnessing someone else's experience? Death is a fundamental part of every journey. However, for others and myself, it became a gateway to a Journey of Self-Discovery. I have come to see each of my four near-death experiences as pivotal events in my life. They became something not to be feared but revered for the profound personal changes they brought to my life.
The goal of these coaching sessions are to help individuals discover the patterns, messages and lessons that are being deliveried directly to you through these dynamic and profound experiences. Together we can examine how a near-death experience shifts personal perspectives and inspires worthiness, as well as opportunities it brings to expand our self-awareness.
