hello
I booked 3 times and i get a cancelation after 2 days, may I know why is this happening?
I also inquired the same 5 days a go, but I did not get a response
Hi Irene, sorry for a bit of a late response, the reply system on this website was not working.
It sounds like your problem is psychological and needs some further guidance, but I certainly think that doing some Qigong would be a good start. How about we book a class and chat a bit?
-Klaus
Hi! There might be depending on what your condition is, could you describe it? Qigong is done standing so moving your knees, hips and arms is a requirement, but you will see light Qigong being done by the elderly in China so it’s very safe even for those with medical limitations.
Hi Olivia! According to research from Harvard, “indicates that regular Taichi and Qigong practice is a safe and effective way to maintain bone density, relieve pain, improve balance and the ability to do daily activities for people with osteoporosis” www.health.harvard.edu/womens-health/protect-your-bon…
So I could absolutely make a lighter lesson for you to suit your needs. These exercises are popular among Asian seniors who may have all kinds of health problems, so it’s safe. But please note that I’m not a doctor and you have to make your own judgement or consult your doctor about this.
Hi Martha! “Health professionals working with people who have chronic arthritis can safely recommend these exercises to most adults with this condition with the expectation they will heighten the life quality of the individual, while reducing pain and depression in adults with this condition.” From: (Medicines Basel. 2017 Dec; 4(4): 71.)
I believe Qigong practice could be very helpful for you, if you book a time and tell me a bit more about your condition I can create a personalized training for you.

Hi Christopher, I’m actually working on offline classes right now, hopefully they will be out sometime next month! I’m located in Sweden right now.
Hi there! Would your course be suitable for me if I have arthritis?
Hello! Do you have any offline classes? If so, where are you located? Your classes seem to be very useful!

Hi :) Are there any medical limitations?
hello! Lately, I’ve been noticing that stress is consuming me. I can not calmly treat even the most harmless things, I always wind myself up and think about the bad. Because of this, I began to sleep poorly, I suffer from nightmares…. tell me, can I count on the miraculous properties of your classes? How soon will I be able to live and sleep in peace?…I’ve tried everything, and now I’ve found you!
