As your movement trainer, health coach and healer, I will guide you to connect with your body and mind by tapping on our intuition and moving through Pilates-inspired exercises.
At some point in your lifetime, we all experience some kind of physical pain, whether is it through trauma, accident or chronic illness.
Our bodies are always speaking to us, but sometimes the daily humdrum of life can cloud our senses to listen to our body.
Aside from working with your medical doctor, I believe that intuitive movement has a remarkable way to heal our bodies, releasing us from any stucked or repressed emotions, thus restoring energy flow and clarity.
In this session, we may do any of the following depending on your needs and physical state:
Outcome of this session can be any of the following:
About me:
My childhood is ladened with respiratory sickness and skin allergies. At age 23, I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma stage III.
Ever since, I sought to find various science-based and intuitive-based modalities towards maintaining health.
After all, what is life without a pink of health?
I have received training in fitness weight training, basic anatomy and physiology, Polestar Pilates, Precision Nutrition and Integrative Health Coaching (NBCHWC-program).
Today, I am excited to continue my path as a healer, coach and movement practitioner, to support anyone who is ready to transform and heal themselves, by tapping into one of the most powerful tool – their own body.

About Yan Huang I am a professionally trained integrative health and fitness coach, since 2014. I survived cancer at age 23 and was not born athletic nor flexible, YET I defy all that and became strong and lean. As a coach, I understand human behavior and habit change. This makes me empathic and sensitive to your needs. I believe we are all strong compassionate healers, using intuitive-based movement flow. |

Hello Michelle, thanks for your questions here. Appreciate it.
Yes, it can help to improve your overall mental health.
Movement , especially when moving in sync with our female body, has a way to connect our mind-body-spirit/soul.
It will take time as well as to find a style of practice and cadence that works best for you.
Of course, should I find that you need a professional mental health therapist, I will let you know.
Sending you lots of love and positive vibes. Let me know if you have more questions.
Hi Joan, for back pain, yes it can help.
It will take time and consistent practice. There will be some daily "homework" for you to do.
I'm actually working on lower back pain myself too.
Thanks for your question. Let me know if you have more questions.
