6 x 90 minute sessions on zoom
Two 20 minute phone calls per week

Weekly recipes to improve your health
A weekly affirmation and guided visualisation.
Daily motivational text.
Email/ whatsapp access to me throughout the duration of the programme.

Hi Joan.
I would look at why you feel you aren't going to be happy and your beliefs about yourself regarding that. I would then suggest some work around reframing your beliefs . I would also suggest a guided exploration of your core values and higher purpose.

Hello! I wish I knew what I wanted in life. I got my bachelor’s degree and have some work experience already but I feel like I’m never gonna be happy. Nothing inspires me, nothing makes me passionate. Do you have any advice on how to find my purpose?
