We will discuss all the various attributes of your unique mind-body-consciousness type, (Prakriti).
I will determine if there are any digestive imbalances presenting, discuss tendencies, disorders or diseases you are prone to based on your Dosha type(s), and long-term prevention methods.
I will create simple and practical recommendations tailored to your specific mind-body-consciousness type to follow for 3 - 4 weeks.
I will check in with you regularly for accountability, to motivate, provide support and answer any questions.

The Ayurvedic health and well-being approach assesses your current state of health to detect if there are any imbalances presenting, (no blood tests are involved).
If there are any imbalances presenting, the aim is to get to the root cause of the disorder or imbalance, and restore your body`s natural homeostasis through Ayurvedic Nutrition and Lifestyle recommendations and/or herbal remedies if needed.
Any previous medical history, current concerns, challenges, or health complaints would need to be discussed in your private initial Ayurvedic consultation with me.
So no blood tests would be needed to diagnose any health issues, right?
