ASSESSING YOUR PROGRESS 4 - 8 WEEKS AFTER YOUR INITIAL CONSULTATION:
I usually recommend follow-up sessions to assess your holistic experience:

• If there are any long-term improvements, lasting results, or relief from signs and symptoms.

• If balanced health and well-being is being maintained.

• If there are any new health issues presenting.

• To modify Ayurvedic lifestyle and nutrition recommendations accordingly.

• We will discuss all the various attributes of your unique mind-body-consciousness type, (Prakriti).

• I will determine if there are any digestive imbalances presenting, discuss tendencies, disorders or diseases you are prone to based on your Dosha type(s), and long-term prevention methods.

• I will create simple and practical recommendations tailored to your specific mind-body-consciousness type to follow for 3 - 4 weeks.

• I will check in with you regularly for accountability, to motivate, provide support and answer any questions.

GETTING TO KNOW MORE ABOUT YOU DURING THIS INITIAL CONSULTATION:

• I will interview you about your previous medical history and what recent health concerns, complaints, or challenges you are experiencing.

• I will assess your current state of health by asking detailed questions about your daily nutrition and lifestyle habits, energy levels, emotions, digestion, work, work-life balance, and relationships.

This ten card reading uses this beautiful and captivating Dia de Los Muertos deck, combining traditional and incredibly unique images and interpretations. Get an overview of your life from the standpoint of NOW, look back at how you got here, and receive a heads up as to where you’re going. Extremely healing and validating, this reading can be done via zoom or FaceTime, or in person if you live in my neck of the woods (face masks required). Each reading incorporates crystals and the healing energy of Reiki, and leaves you feeling lighter and with a clearer understanding of yourself. I present you with possible options for healings and you tell me which ones that you are interested in. You let me know your time frame and how you would like to spend your feeling time. We then embark on your journey for however long you need me, you stop when you are ready to. If, after your consultaiton we feel that it is a good fit then we continue on to your journey making sure that you are on track towards unlocking your best self and best life.

I’m offering a half hr reading using either tarot or oracle cards. By bringing in the energies of the forest Elves to support you with those issues / questions that are important to you. I can also provide readings via email should the Skype connection not be very good.
