Utilizing aspects of human design, we will go deep to activate your soul in this session. Human design is a system that combines aspects of astrology, the chakras and more to give you insight into your true nature. It serves as a permission slip to be who you’ve always been. When we understand what is innately ours, we can start to decondition from what we are not and live in more alignment, ease and flow. This 1 hour reading will not only explore your unique design, but also give you practical tools and tips on how to apply it to your everyday life. Everyone has a unique blueprint they came into this world with- discover yours today.
At 6 years old my voice was taken from me. I screamed and cried to no avail as two male doctors forcibly held down a gas mask on my face for an operation I didn’t fully understand I was having. I can still recall the sensation of suffocating. After this incident, I started to believe that 1) Doctors (and people in general) cannot be trusted and 2) my voice and emotions don't matter. I was a happy kid, but seeds were planted to put up walls and hold back emotion (I'm also a Capricorn moon/Scorpio rising though so😂). I’ve spent countless hours of my life in hospitals being poked and prodded and viewed as nothing more than a “weird” object that doesn’t quite fit the mold.
This past weekend I attended an amazing breathwork workshop. I experienced an intense emotional release- I let myself feel it all to heal it all. I decided to rewrite my story where I was in control and my screams of “NO” actually meant something on that operating table. I decided it’s time to take my voice back. We all have the power to own our stories and take back control of our lives. We can choose not to live in fear and hold ourselves with compassion as we heal our wounded parts.
BTW, according to the various top medical professionals I’ve encountered over the past 25+ years: I have brain tumors (correct); I definitely don’t have brain tumors (incorrect); I need an operation right away; I should never be operated on; I will be blind/deaf; I have cancer; I will be “fine”; I should participate in risky clinical trials; I shouldn’t be able to balance; I should already be dead by now. Ironic that I’m alive and well and a yogi with great balance (on most days🙃).I don’t say any of this to discredit the western medical system- it can save your life and there are great physicians out there, but I am saying to use your discernment, seek out alternative/holistic treatments, do your own research, and don’t fall prey to white coat syndrome (research Stanley Milgram’s highly unethical yet necessary Shock Experiments). Never let anyone make you feel like you don’t have choice over your own body-that is quite frankly, bullshit. You hold more power than you know and it’s time to step into it🙏
One of my favorite mantras is: Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo (I bow to the infinite intelligence and creative wisdom. I bow to the wise teacher within).
If you’ve ever practiced Kundalini yoga then you know this mantra is chanted at the beginning of each class to “tune in” and connect to higher consciousness. That higher consciousness is within you. Your body, mind and soul hold a unique wisdom. Take a moment today to tune out the noise of the outside world and tune into what it is trying to tell you. We can choose to listen to our innate inner wisdom and not participate in fear-based narratives.
Each of us has a unique soul/human design and purpose for being on the planet at this moment (even though it is hard to believe anyone would sign up for this sometimes!). Knowing our unique design aids in understanding this purpose we came here to live out. In human design, there is a realization that each energy type serves a role and that all types together make up the collective humanity- we are all unique and yet all fit together and need one another to survive and thrive. When we understand how our energy best operates and the role we came here to serve, we finally begin to understand how we fit into this world and appreciate the uniqueness we bring to the table. When we understand ourselves, we begin to see just how divine, wise and powerful we truly are. Don’t let the outside world fool you, you already hold all the wisdom you need within yourself <3
What if we let it all be easy? I know, it’s absolutely not easy- this life is hard and filled with so much inherent struggle sometimes. But we also have the ability to create our own reality to some degree and chose to either view life through the lens of struggle or ease.
I don’t know if it’s Mercury Retrograde or what, but I have been in a funk this past week, and nothing felt “easy” at all. But guess what? I also didn’t allow it to be easy. The more struggles I faced, the more I resisted and got upset over them. That solved all of my problems, of course…not. After a couple of breakdowns, I realized, what if amidst all the chaos I was dealing with, I could just let it be easier? Being upset over things you can’t change is understandable but also a complete waste of energy. Allow yourself to feel all the feels, but don’t let yourself get caught in that downward spiral of wasted energy. You can choose ease in any moment. You can come back to your breath and ground yourself in your body. You always have a choice. I can assure you that choosing ease and calm amidst the chaos of life is liberating.
In all of this, I was also brought back to how knowing our unique human design helps us in finding that ease amongst the franticness of life. When we can rely on and know how to best utilize our energy, have strategies to bring us back into alignment, and understand our specific authorities that help us make decisions, we are better equipped to handle what the world throws at us. We know how we need to handle these situations and actually have the tools to do so that will bring us back into alignment. I felt my projector not-self theme (bitterness) hard this week, but I was able to recognize this was coming up and readjust. No longer do we need to reside in stuck emotions- we can choose a different one. When all is seemingly going awry, just remember, you have the ability to come back to yourself and find the calm amidst the chaos <3
Have you ever experienced anxiety while flying? The turbulence is so bad that you hear, “flight attendants take your seats”. Next thing you know the turbulence you feel is not just the plane rocking, but your stomach doing flips. Don’t get me wrong I love traveling, but there is something about flying that can rile up a bit of anxiety in us control-freaks. Flying is the ultimate opportunity for surrender- you kinda have no choice unless you know how to take over and fly the plane.
Every time I am soaring above the clouds I am reminded of the beauty (window seat girl here!) and fragility of life. Why do we grip so tightly to that which we cannot control? Wouldn’t it be easier to surrender and let go? Easier maybe, but also arguably scarier. It’s scary to come to the realization that we are not in control of every aspect of our lives. As contrary as it may seem, it is in the surrender that we can find our true power. When we release the grip of the old narratives we play over and over in our heads, we make room for the new narratives that support the best version of ourselves.
Tighten every inch of your body on an inhale breath. Hold for 5 seconds. Exhale and release slowly for 5 seconds. See? Letting go and releasing feels good- physically and mentally. Now ask yourself, where can I let go, sit back, relax, and enjoy the flight.
If you’ve ever taken a yoga class you may have heard the phrase, “root to rise”. Having a strong foundation in your practice creates space for expansion. You cannot rise into the fullness of the pose if you are not first grounded (my off-balance days assure me this is true!). When you are rooted in your body and mind, that is when you will find the ease, flow, and growth both on and off your mat.
Like the roots of a tree, grounding ourselves is necessary before we can rise to our full potential. A tree cannot grow to its biggest, most beautiful self without solid roots in place. So too must we establish our roots before reaching our highest and best selves. Having a foundational practice we can ground into creates the roots we need to grow.
I don’t know about you, but I am not my best self when I don’t take time for myself in the morning. Whether it’s 20 mins of yoga, a 5 min meditation, and/or a moment of gratitude for a warm cup of coffee- finding ways to begin the day in a grounded way sets us up to be the best version of ourselves. When we feel grounded in our body and mind, we begin to show up better, feel more at peace with who we are, and become unphased when challenges arise.
A tree does not push and shove its way to the top-it does so with ease. It feels safe and empowered to grow because it has roots to support it; it can reach its full potential when its foundation is solid. I challenge you to find ease in the grounding practices that work for you. No forcing or shaming yourself into a strict morning routine, rather, simply paying attention to how you feel when you do incorporate these practices into your day. We can all learn from the tree—stay rooted so you can rise into your most powerful, beautifully expansive self.

Before the Session
I do my pre-meditation to find out the main reasons for your writer's block. (This happens psychically, where I generally just need your name, but a picture can help, too.)
It may be as simple as a deep rooted belief that once you write from your heart and really put your honest thoughts and fantacies out there, you will be harshly judged, not understood, criticised, unappreciated, ridiculed, laughed at, so on and so forth. It may have its origin in a trauma you have experienced in this life time or more than one lifetime. It could be a karmic cycle you're going through and maybe it's not the first life, where you struggle to be your true self and to express yourself freely.
Perhaps, it could be a belief that no matter how hard you try, you can never create a really good piece of writing. Perhaps, it's an issue of completing something. Perhaps, concerns over money and writing what sells (and not what is close to heart) that's the problem.
The above are just examples. I would need to meditate to see what your unique situation is.
Reading Part of the Session
In this part, I will let you know what I saw in my visions when I pre-meditated on your writer's block.
Healing Part of the Session
We will discuss the reading part of the session and wil find what traumas / reasons / habits / beliefs / etc. are available for healing. We may find the specific events, decisions or promises you made in the past that need to be revisited and changes made. With your permission, I will perform shamanic healing for those particular birth places of the limiting beliefs, fears and hurts that lie at the heart of why you are experiencing your writer's block.
This kind of healing is not only good for critical instances, where help is needed. If you are not experiencing writer's block at this time, this kind of healing can reveal issues you would benefit from healing and clearing to become even better at what you do, do release any fears, judgements, beliefs, limitation that may be hindering your writing at this time.
The goal of this healing session is to get you to feel safe and comfortable being your true authentic self, making your authentic decisions and taking bold steps in the persuit of freely and openly expressing your true self in a unique way, and doing it with pleasure, joy and peace.
