Hi Penny! So sorry for the delayed response. Yoga can definitely help with insomnia and back pain! Depending on the cause of the back pain, you can begin to feel better even after just a few sessions. Because sleep problems have a complex combination of physical, mental, and emotional contributing factors, it might take a bit more time to feel a difference in that regard!
