Where is the Kundalini located and how does it functions?

The Kundalini starts in the earth which is then guided to the Root chakra (this energy centre is located near the coccyx) and acts as an entrance for the Kundalini energy. The energy runs all the way up through the body, through the main energy channel, and out of the Crown chakra. In other words, it goes from the Root chakra to the Crown chakra and out of the head which then circulates back to the earth and through your chakra system created a motion very similar to the Torus Energy Field.
