During this session we’ll utilize a variety of natural healing modalities to relieve stress and welcome in more calm and peacefulness.
You’ll be guided through techniques such as pressure point therapy, meditation, sound healing, stretching, lifestyle management and journaling. I may also implement essential oils and nutritional guidance to provide tools in which to maintain a calm state of mind and body.
Afterwards, you’ll be given a recorded meditation and sound healing to continue your path to more peacefulness in your daily life.
