We never were in a relationshop, but i still get rid of thoughts about the person. Can you help with it or is it better to go a psychologist? Will you help me understan why I am so addicted to something that is not even real?
Hi there – I don’t do talk therapy, so if you want to go over it all and spend time analysing the ‘why’…. I’m the wrong person for you.. I tend to deal mainly with the ‘what’ happened - and ‘what’ do you want and ‘what’ to do both now and in the future so you don’t make the same decisions / mistakes.- all is very dynamic with a lot of NLP brain training exercises and a bit of homework over the week (easy to do)
It takes once a week for about an hour at a time.
