Hi there โ I donโt do talk therapy, so if you want to go over it all and spend time analysing the โwhyโโฆ. Iโm the wrong person for you.. I tend to deal mainly with the โwhatโ happened - and โwhatโ do you want and โwhatโ to do both now and in the future so you donโt make the same decisions / mistakes.- all is very dynamic with a lot of NLP brain training exercises and a bit of homework over the week (easy to do)
It takes once a week for about an hour at a time.
