This Reiki session is done distantly. As many of us know, energy travels and Reiki is energy so, it makes it very easy to hear from a far.

I will reach out 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to make sure you are somewhere quiet, comfortable and in a space where you will be undisturbed. We will not need to be on a video chat or phone call. This is simply energy flowing straight to you with focus to any areas you may have concern around.

After your session, I will email you with anything that may have come in. I often receive messages, suggestions and visions from your higher self and/or guides. I will make sure to share with you in detail what came in.

I look forward to working with you and helping you bridge the gap in your overall well-being and healing.
