- You to share your goals and challenges with me
- Me to let you know whether or not I am the right person to support you
- I let you know how, together, we can address your goals and challenges
- I take you through my 1:1 Coaching packages
- I answer any questions you have for me

Either I let you know I am the right person to support you on your goals or I at the very least I leave you with some guidance and referrals/tools to reach your goals.
