Personalized one-on-one coaching session: we will co-creatively redesign your day-to-day routines and schedule to prioritize experiences, people, activities, and practices that will naturally create more positive emotions and meaning into your life.
The session begins with a short guided-meditation to begin tapping into joy and creativity. Together, we will identify your goals and redesign your daily life so that you can cultivate and access higher physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual states that will guide you on your path and allow you to welcome in and create more joyful and happy experiences along the way.
The session is a co-creative conversational, engaging, and inspiring experience. Most of all, it is a coaching session that emphasizes on your current and future needs and wants so you are in the driver seat when it comes to determining the directions of our coaching sessions together.
