My goal is to help clients to develop greater understanding of themselves as well provide them with the practical tools and resources to navigate life’s changes and challenges. I believe that seeking help or counselling is a sign of great strength and commitment.
Through a session, we would engage in talk therapy, using techniques such as cognitive behavioural therapy, motivational interviewing, solution focused brief therapy, and dance/movement therapy.
Please note, I will only be offering sessions via video or phone at this time.
