This event is for those of us dealing with shame and low self-esteem. As well as those of us in toxic relationships. It is meant to improve the relationship we have with ourselves and in turn, the relationships we have with other people. All in the name of holistic healing and spiritual growth.
Anyone that has the desire to get to know themselves on a deeper level and improve the quality of relationships and communication.
Learn compassionate communiaction. Heal shame through talking and sharing your story with others, and learning what a safe space and real compassion looks like.
This event is meant to provide a safe space for sharing and learning.
Be willing to be vulnerable and honest with yourself.
This event in and of itself is filled with healing energy.
