For my clients, I send a worksheet to be completed prior to session 1 and the sheet is then discussed in session. It really just depends on what you want to work through and what your goals are. The bigger the goals and their time-frame, that will then correspond to your program.
I run 3 different programs, all tailored to the individual. 8 week, 12 week and 24 week.
