Here is an overview of some of the topics that may be covered, depending on where you are on your career path. Each session is tailored to the individual's needs. Most clients see me 2-4 times, sometimes more, depending on the level of support they are seeking. My clients are always in charge of the number of sessions. I have been a career coach since 2000 and I currently charge $165 for 50 minutes.
The first session is an intake session which includes paperwork you will fill out before our session about your career. We will discuss your paperwork and work on a strategy for the following session which includes homework.

I have been a career coach since 2000 and was recognized by Yahoo Finance as one of the Top Female Life Coaches in the U.S..
I offer individual career coaching services via phone or video on topics including resume critiques, cover letter critiques, personal statement reviews, job search strategies, interviewing skills, LinkedIn profile reviews, career assessments such as Myers/Briggs, Strong Interest Inventory, Strength Quest, and CareerLeader, career transition, career change, and choosing a career.
In addition, I offer life coaching services centering around goal setting, accountability, stress management, and support. I help my clients gain clarity about their goals and how to achieve them. One way I do this is by creating a safe harbor where they can sort through their thoughts and figure out an action plan regarding their goals. My background in counseling has trained me to identify patterns and ask questions to help my clients achieve their goals.
