Overview

I'll teach you mind elevating meditative techniques so you can feel bliss in your daily life. Together we'll explore ways in which you can take control of your mental state ANYTIME and ANYWHERE. My teachings are based on knowledge of academic and buddhist psychology, mindfulness meditation, yoga, and philosophy.

Target audience

My sessions are for everyone interested in elevating their state of mind. It can be people 16+ who speak English or Polish. My sessions are for adults, students, parents, teenagers, and seniors. Everyone interested in self-development and meditation is welcome.

Session

  1. Practicing meditative techniques (mindfulness, yoga, breathing exercises)
  2. Conversations on mental state and progress
  3. Emotional release
  4. Mind and body relaxation

Preparation

  1. Go to a place where you won't be disturbed for at least an hour
  2. Try do have an open mind
  3. Don't eat anything heavy 1.5 hour before session
  4. Wear comfortable clothes
  5. Turn your phone on plane mode.
