During these times, we’re pretty busy keeping our kids happy, healthy and moving forward. Lots of computer time and sharing doesn’t always make it easy either. And being up against each other 24⁄7 for months can make everyone in the family a little testy!

I’ve been creating MP3s for kids to help them remain balanced, relaxed and calm. To improve their sleep, and to use for restful times too.
