I am a certified Master Clinical Hypnotherapist, and love to offer these one on one hypnotherapy sessions. Hypnosis is simply an enhanced state of relaxation, with focused attention to the subconscious mind. This allows you to bypass the conscious mind, creating greater ease in manifesting your desires.

Two Hours Online Session
Counselling is a process of talking about and working through your personal problems with a counsellor. The counsellor helps you to address your problems in a positive way by helping you to clarify the issues, explore options, develop strategies and increase self-awareness.
It is my aim to help you build a meditation practice that works for you.
At first, meditation can feel intimidating to approach. I'm here to make it simple by giving you a clear path to incorporating meditation into your daily life, and experiencing the numerous benefits.
In a guided meditation session, we will:
- Spend a little time getting to know eachother
- Talk about how to approach meditation
- Actually do a guided meditation together!
You will come away from the session with a practice created specifically for you to help create more harmony in YOUR life.
