What is meditation coaching?
Meditation is not "one size fits all." What works for one person may not work for you. As your meditation coach, Susan will help you to identify your desires and goals for your meditation practice. Identify your moments of spontaneous mediation in your life and work with what is working for you. You will receive guidance on styles, techniques, and guided meditations to practice that you look forward to, making you feel nourished and connected. Through meditation coaching, you will save time, energy, and money by avoiding meditation practices that are not for you.
Meditation reduces stress, anxiety, boosts focus and concentration, and improves overall well-being.
Meditation coaching is open to all levels, from a beginner to those with experience. We will bust common myths surrounding meditation, learn simple and easy meditation techniques, and build confidence in your ability to develop your meditation practice.
Working with me on sleep hygiene is unique to each person. We will go through coaching and lifestyle habits that you can incorporate into your life to enhance your sleep. These sessions are 60 minutes and I meet clients once a week to stay on track with their sleep goals.
You do not need a watch or a sleep tracker to tell you how good you are sleeping. Through mindfulness and connecting deeper with your being, you become aware of your sleep patterns and the quality of your sleep.

Through my voice, I channel high vibrational Divine Light frequencies, collectives of Loving beings here to support humanity, and Gaian frequencies that offer profound portals of healing and whole-ing. Sound sessions are multi-dimensional experiences, similar to a Shamanic Journey, but also offer a unique experience that may include clearing, balancing, harmonizing, restoring, shifting, and expanding all aspects of your being.

Please come to a session prepared to lie down somewhere comfortable where you will not be disturbed or distracted. Headphones are recommended.
We will briefly check in about your intentions for a session, go into a meditation, and move through a sound journey. Afterwards, we will briefly check in about your experience.
Book your appointment. During the session, I will take notes of anything I encounter. These will be sent to you following your session. Please Note that I am not a psychic and that I cannot guarantee any messages or images I may or may not pick up on.
I will ask for a photo of yourself to help me to better connect with you during the healing.
Note time of session. Be in a quiet and peaceful environment. You may be seated or lying down, and be open to accept the energy scanning. If you fall asleep this is perfectly fine.
