This workshop is really useful to improve a team or group’s collective performance on any topic around sport and health psychology. Workshops will be as interactive as possible and can be for groups of any number over 2 people.

I have an MSc in Sport & Exercise Psychology and am currently the Sport Psychologist for the Wales Lacrosse Mens squad.
