Simply put, this is a framework designed to make you improve (in some cases exponentially, if you are driven enough). This is extremely useful in any situation, whether you’re a business owner, sportsperson, just want to improve yourself, etc.
Here’s a loose outline:
We start by finding out what you want to make progress in and why. Then we begin exploring what the 5 most important things you need to be focusing on are.
Once we’ve worked that out, we move onto getting the plan in place for you to start making progress right here, right now. The potential and value this holds, is truly mind-blowing.
I’m Nat, I’m a Performance Psychologist who believes that your mind is a muscle.
My mission is to give support to those who want to make their mind’s faster, better, stronger- in order to help them achieve their true potential in sport, business or general life/health.
I have an MSc in Sport & Exercise Psychology and am currently the Sport Psychologist for the Wales Lacrosse Mens squad.
