As a Reiki Master/Teacher for over two decades, I understand the importance of proper energy flow and the role it plays in the overall well-being of the body, mind and spirit. My degree in Holistic Ministries has taught me that healing, growth, and transformation is a multi-faceted endeavor. My training in shamanic journeying has taught me that sometimes, discovering what's in our own hearts and minds, requires us to embark on a sacred journey. And my training in hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) gave me a clear understanding of the subconscious mind and how unconscious beliefs impact your ability to build the life you desire. My use of all these skills helps my coaching clients to more quickly rid themselves of the limiting beliefs and subconscious programming that's keeping them from progressing toward their spiritual or personal goals.

All of my learning, my exploration, and my experiences have solidified my perspective that there isn't just one path to healing and growth. It's an integrative endeavor, and everyone's road map will be different. That's why I use all of the pearls I've gathered so far, to come up with a creative, customized blueprint that will help you move toward your goals. But first, you have to be willing.
