Greetings! I'm Liz Schillinger, a certified Reiki Master for 20+ years (Traditional Usui and Imara Reiki), a spiritual mentor/coach, and women's circle facilitator. I'm the owner of a personal and spiritual wellness practice called Inner Journeys Alchemy. I offer an array of services to choose from to help you meet your specific wellness goals.

I offer Reiki sessions, Reiki certification, sound healing sessions and spiritual coaching. I also conduct periodic Women's Circles, as well as workshops on various wellness topics such as mindfulness, meditation, stress management, and personal energetics. I created my own deck of spiritual coaching oracle cards called Inner Journeys Soul Conversation Cards. These cards are a valuable tool for anyone interested in personal and spiritual growth, either on their own, or in combination with spiritual mentoring services.

I'm certified in hypnotherapy (not an offering at this time), NLP, shamanic journeying, and I hold a degree in Holistic Ministries. I've studied many faiths and spiritual paths and I've taken solo soul journeys to remote parts of the world to learn about other cultures and their spiritual practices. I've felt a profound sense of awe watching the sun rise over Mt. Everest in the Himalayan foothills in Nepal; I celebrated with the people of Kathmandu at the festival of Buddha Jayanti (Buddha's birthday). I've been deeply moved as I knelt on the banks of the Ganges River in India's holy city of Varanasi, hands in the water in silent prayer. I've stood face up, arms out, reveling in the cooling rains of a Central American rain forest in the middle of the summer. I witnessed people struggling to meet to their own basic needs, yet willingly share what little they had with others. I came to truly appreciate the privileges I had taken for granted for so long: proper sanitation, clean drinking water, and a sufficient supply of food. My heart swelled with gratitude, not just for this realization, but for the people I met who showed me how human fortitude, love for others, and one's faith have helped them through the harshest of circumstances. If I had to capsulize what all of these things taught me, it's that we, as humans, are all connected, with so much more in common than we tend to realize; that supporting each other and lifting each other up constitutes the greatest contribution we can make to humanity. This is the contribution I hope to make with the work I do. While my journey has been a very eclectic one, the combination of my training and my experiences has provided a skill-set that allows me to listen with empathy, observe, and truly understand your challenges so I can create a customized plan to help you achieve your personal/spiritual growth goals.

The greatest privilege of my life is the opportunity to help empower others to reach their highest potential. I know that when you can recognize and embrace your own power, it leads to personal and spiritual growth, expanded perspectives, healing, and the remembrance of who and what you truly are: a unique and powerful iteration of divine consciousness who possesses the ability to create the fulfilling life you deserve.
