clear out blocks + resistance from past patterns + programs
re-source you into your own soul’s deeply-anchored knowing
take aligned + inspired action in your life in a way that feels authentic and empowering

We will begin our call discussing your intentions for the session. From there, I'll offer support through the modalities I use, including coaching, energy medicine, sound, deep imagery work, psyche support (I am not a trained clinical therapist), movement, somatic awareness and more.
