Overview
Resource Therapy addresses and helps heal deep programmed parts of us that are stuck in the old unhealthy programming or attached to trauma.

Depression/Sadness/Grief/Loss

Session
Sessions go for 1-1.5hrs. You can sit down or lie down. If lying down, you will need ear phones for adequate audio.
