During this one 60 minute session I'll walk you through all the doubts you may have. We'll evaluate at which point of the practice you find yourself. You'll gain clarity on all the elements you need to strengthen and deepen what you're already doing well, or to change your method/technique with something more appropriate for you. If you've never started a meditation or relaxation technique, I'll offer you a deep insight on which one could be better for you, according to your personality and life style.
