Can you cope with stress?
What kind of support do you give to yourself when you feel overwhelmed?
Can you control your anxiety level?
Are you aware of your negative emotions?
How do you cope with your problems in life?
SESSION3
What is your belief about the soul?
Do you practice meditation?
Do you feel some bigger power driving you from inside when you feel well?
Do you know your life purpose?
Are you passionate about your Life?
Do you practice any kind of religion?
Have you ever got any extraordinary experience?
SESSION4
Elaboration of a personal program on issues emerged during the 3 previous sessions.
