My role is to walk this journey of healing and growing with the client maximizing the client’s potential. My expertise and experience lies in practicing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as an approach for various issues like Stress and Anxiety Management, Relationship/Marital Counselling, social-emotional issues, anger management, depression etc.
