Psychotherapy is a safe space created by a psychotherapist for a client to empower them to make the most of their life and existence. Even though, psychotherapy has been proven to be effective to resolve the stressful situations faced in life, I view it as the first step towards self care and self growth. It will allow you to face the deepest, the most hated aspects of your life and nourish the beautiful aspects of self to prepare you to deal with the most challenging times of your life. My role is to walk this journey of healing and growing with the client maximizing the client’s potential. My expertise and experience lies in practicing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as an approach for various issues like Stress and Anxiety Management, Relationship/Marital Counselling, social-emotional issues, anger management, depression etc.

This is a group course lasting 6 weeks 2 hours a week plus home work for men and women between the ages of 30-50.

This course is for you. It will be completed via zoom on a weekly basis - it can be individual or with others to build a support group for you (your choice upon booking)
These 45 minute sessions are only for those who have had their Initial 60 minute session. The follow-up is to discuss obstacles, celebrate victories, and address any questions related to your health issue(s). This refinement of your treatment plan is imperative to overall success.
